Window Renewal
This is a modern crank out bay window with built in adjustable metal blinds. The window was originally a dark finished wood, the homeowner wanted to modernize the look using a semi-gloss pure white. The window was disassembled, prepped, primed, sealed, and finished! It does take a lot of work for windows like these, so any project involving a similar situation, should expect a extended finish time.
Old Home Revival
This 1900's mansion, was remodeled as a modern magazine feature. The renovation designer was fantastic at keeping a vision of maintaining the historical elegance of the home while incorporating very modern design ideas. I did a lot of repair/ paint/ restoration to much of the trim, doors, and special features throughout this home as well as fine detailing and large paint areas.
Property Protection
It is important to keep all of your things protected as work continues! ..making sure the paint goes where it is supposed to and NOT, where it is not!
Safety
Every project is approached with safety as the key component! Proper equipment and setup is crucial for employee protection, homeowner satisfaction, and project time management.
Faux Finishes
Sometimes you just want to do something "different"! This was a regular wood interior door that was painted as a old fire door in a theater room. Dressed in a pure black custom trim, top shelf, and found handle, this door gets a lot attention.
Brick Coating
Seal in the old block before erosion does more damage!
Restoration
This main entry was in terrible condition. All of the old paint was scraped away, separations in the paneling were properly sealed, additional trim was added to the frame surrounding the casing. The top trim piece was added in a way that reduces a visible and permanent slope incurred from past structural sagging. A updated "Anderson" rollaway screen door was installed to replace the previous damaged screen door. A far more cost efficient way than replacing a entire entry as this. Post this picture, the top landing was also scraped, repaired, and triple coated with a heavy duty epoxy coating to finish this section of exterior.
Coverage
I have experience in covering or creating all manner of colors and combinations!
Color Matching
Sometimes you just can not repaint a entire room. This room was color matched and blend to a unnoticeable standard.
Metal Coating
Old radiators do not have to look bad or be covered in paint to look a little better. This bed room was completely redone, the radiator needed to look as it belonged in the room, but the floor was just coated. The area was properly covered and masked, and the unit was coated without any damages to the surrounding area. The radiator coating is durable yet not caked on as to hinder any operation of the unit. The aluminum windows were refreshed also.

Accents
A fantastic trend these days are the appearance of the the "Accent wall" or a highlighted focal point in a space. This electric fireplace / TV space is brought out against the rest of the room using "Iron Ore" in contrast to "Cloud White" walls and "Ultra Pure White" trim. Clean and attractive!
Wood Staining and Sealing
This 1920's armoire had been converted into a modern entertainment center, but the base was structurally unuseable . A new base was constructed and needed to match the existing cabinet as closely as possible. Perfectly matching different woods (especially period pieces) is difficult, the original base was stained in a dark brown or "walnut". The new finished piece is almost indistinguishable from the original main body.
